Exclusive Visas will start offering Webinars to foreign investors looking to learn more about EB-5 and its benefits. This Webinar will take the investor through the different steps of the EB-5 petition, time frames and other aspects of the EB-5 process. See dates

The concise and objective curriculum gives the investors the knowledge to make better decisions related to the selection of the various professionals involved in the EB-5 process, along with clarification of the Regional Center EB-5 Pilot Program. As we are in the eve of the sunset of the program, September 30, 2012, investors will also be educated in the implications of said date and dates to be aware of when planning for their EB-5 petitions.

Exclusive Visas has been involved in over 300 successful investor petitions, coming from the most various countries. Brazil, Iran, India, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, and Nigeria are a few of the countries from where we have worked with investors from.  Exclusive Visas’ team of attorneys, economists, finance professionals and project managers possess the combined set of skills and knowledge needed to empower investors in the EB-5 process, which can be a daunting and scary process to undertake on one’s own.

The webinars will be held at different time and schedules to accommodate your different availabilities.

As an Immigration Attorney, focused on EB-5 cases, I am often asked by Clients to recommend particular projects. I explain that, as an Immigration Attorney, I am neither qualified nor able to provide such investment advice and that my Clients should ensure that they consult with other professionals – Investment Advisers, Accountants, CPA’s etc.

However, my duties to my Clients nevertheless require me to provide as much information as I can about projects in which they may be interested or projects in which they have already invested, if only from an Immigration-, rather than from an Investment perspective.

Similarly, when retained in connection with Applications for Regional Center designation, I am often required to advise how to structure a project so as to both comply with USCIS requirements and, at the same time, remain marketable.

There are many agencies in the market today that will provide advice in the above categories. Some are excellent, many are not. The choice of advisers is often as important as the choice of attorney.

I have worked with Exclusive Visas in the past in connection with many cases and have always found Fred and Joe and their staff to be knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They are able to provide advice to Regional Centers about marketing their Projects abroad, and they are able to assist investors when choosing EB-5 Regional Center Projects in which to invest.

In my experience and those of my Clients, Exclusive Visas provide impartial, up to date advice and I have and will continue to recommend their services.
