Nevada has many EB-5 investment opportunities
Many different states have EB-5 regional centers and California looms over them all with more than 20 of the nearly 100 such centers, but another state that is just a little bit further inland also provides a number of EB-5 investment opportunities.
Nevada, a state best known for being the home of Las Vegas, has three EB-5 regional centers, according to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) website.
There is a wide range of industries that these three centers focus on, giving foreign nationals a vast selection of EB-5 investment opportunities. Some of the industries include hotel, casino and restaurant development, warehouse space, transportation and waste management.
The EB-5 visa program gives foreign nationals a chance to earn their U.S. green cards. If one invests $1 million (or in some designated regions, $500,000) in an American business and that investment leads to the creation or preservation of 10 jobs, the investor becomes eligible for a green card.
EB-5 regional centers can be any private entrepreneur, corporation or government agency and help to direct and manage EB-5 investments.
