USCIS Approves Three New EB-5 Regional Centers
USCIS has approved three new EB-5 Regional Centers under the Regional Center Pilot Program. They are:
- American Opportunity Regional Center, Florida;
- Virginia Center for Foreign Investment and Job Creation, Virginia; and
- Westmill Mid-Atlantic Regional Center, (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia).
A Regional Center is a geographic area designated by the USCIS (through a detailed approval process) as eligible to receive immigrant investor capital.
To date the USCIS has approved 245 Regional Centers throughout the United States.
