The Choice Of Advisers Is Often As Important As Choice of Attorney
As an Immigration Attorney, focused on EB-5 cases, I am often asked by Clients to recommend particular projects. I explain that, as an Immigration Attorney, I am neither qualified nor able to provide such investment advice and that my Clients should ensure that they consult with other professionals – Investment Advisers, Accountants, CPA’s etc.
However, my duties to my Clients nevertheless require me to provide as much information as I can about projects in which they may be interested or projects in which they have already invested, if only from an Immigration-, rather than from an Investment perspective.
Similarly, when retained in connection with Applications for Regional Center designation, I am often required to advise how to structure a project so as to both comply with USCIS requirements and, at the same time, remain marketable.
There are many agencies in the market today that will provide advice in the above categories. Some are excellent, many are not. The choice of advisers is often as important as the choice of attorney.
I have worked with Exclusive Visas in the past in connection with many cases and have always found Fred and Joe and their staff to be knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They are able to provide advice to Regional Centers about marketing their Projects abroad, and they are able to assist investors when choosing EB-5 Regional Center Projects in which to invest.
In my experience and those of my Clients, Exclusive Visas provide impartial, up to date advice and I have and will continue to recommend their services.
