EB-5 Investment and Regional Center Development Seminar
WESTON, FL, Jan. 11, 2011 –Exclusive Visas President Fred Burgess and Vice President Joe Sloboda have announced that they will be speaking at the seminar addressing “EB-5 Investment and Regional Center Development” on February 19, 2011 at the Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. EB-5, also known as the Immigrant Investor Program, was created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital. More than $2 billion of foreign dollars has been invested in American enterprises through EB-5 in the last four years, creating thousands of new jobs for U.S. workers.
In the last few months, the Exclusive Visas team has traveled to China, Korea, Vietnam, Latin America, and the United Kingdom, assisting foreign nationals who want to immigrate to the United States through the EB-5 Visa program. Exclusive Visas has consulted clients from over 30 different countries about the EB-5 green card.
The seminar will provide timely and accessible information to professionals who are experienced with EB-5 and to those who are new to the program, including:
- Immigration attorneys: The EB-5 program is a highly beneficial permanent residence option for the wealthy individual.
- Businesses considering EB-5 capital: Given the current condition of the credit market, the EB-5 program may be the answer for businesses without traditional capital options.
- Those wishing to establish EB-5 Regional Centers: More than 90 percent of EB-5 investment is conducted through federally approved Regional Centers.
- Exclusive Visas will focus their discussion on the current global market conditions for EB-5 investment including country specific issues that you may face. Learn the “do’s and don’ts” of marketing your project abroad.
