EB-5 Visa Program in Venezuela
WESTON – On November 4th Exclusive Visas is offering a seminar based on the EB-5 visa program in Caracas, Venezuela. The seminar provides Venezuelans and other attendees the opportunity to hear from EB-5 experts, immigration attorneys and real estate specialists pertaining to the different ways of obtaining an EB-5 visa which is considered one the fastest routes to permanent U.S. residence.
The EB-5 program allows qualified foreigners the opportunity to obtain a permanent U.S. green card by investing at least $500,000 into an approved EB-5 project, particularly a Regional Center. Upon completion of the EB-5 project – approximately two years – the investor, the investor’s spouse and their unmarried children (under the age of 21) can receive an EB-5 visa green card. Moreover, the cost of tuition for students is greatly reduced given the permanent U.S. residence that is incorporated with an EB-5 visa.
Economic and political turmoil in Venezuela has sparked the interest in the EB-5 visa program for many Venezuelans who have looked to emigrate to the United States as quickly and efficiently as possible, the EB-5 program provides just that. The Exclusive Visas team of qualified specialists assists in the process of finding the most suitable investment option for the applicant and does all the research necessary which will be one of the topics of the seminar in Caracas.
