Exclusive Visas EB-5 Seminar in New York City
Also in attendance were Florida Regional Center Principals Nick Mastroianni II and Nick Mastroianni III, attorney Richard Yellen and attorney Lee Segal, all of which presented the many options of the EB-5 investment visa and explained the details of the program.
The EB-5 visa is a way for qualified foreign nationals seeking permanent U.S. residence to receive a green card in as little as two years. By investing into a government approved EB-5 Regional Center, which are generally located in targeted areas with a high unemployment rate, the investor, the investor’s spouse and their unmarried children under the age of 21 receive conditional status’ in the United States. The main requirement of the investment is that the project must create a minimum of 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
The Exclusive Visas team anticipates conducting more of these EB-5 seminars and plans on meeting with numerous agents from China within the following weeks.
