Exclusive Visas Return from Venezuela
WESTON – After a two-day trip to Caracas, Venezuela the Exclusive Visas team returns with great results. The team led a seminar, based on the EB-5 program alongside with The Miami Immigration Law Firm Cuevas, Ortiz & Cubas, P.A., and the Florida Regional Center, who presented the Harbourside Jupiter EB-5 opportunity.
The seminar opened with Exclusive Visas President, Fred Burgess, and Exclusive Visas Marketing Director, Franchesca Delfino, explaining the factors that investors must understand before investing in an EB-5 opportunity. Mr. Burgess explained how Exclusive Visas can consult prospective EB-5 applicants before they make an investment into an approved EB-5 program.
Joe Sloboda, Exclusive Visas Vice President, presented the Florida Regional Center and its Harbourside Jupiter project, citing it as an example of an EB-5 opportunity that creates an abundance of jobs and has strong government support. Nicholas Mastroianni III, the developer, detailed the Harbourside EB-5 investment opportunity. After the seminar, Exclusive Visas held meetings with four potential EB-5 applicants. The trip was a great success and Exclusive Visas looks forward to working with these foreign prospects
The EB-5 program allows qualified foreigners the opportunity to obtain a permanent U.S. green card by investing at least $500,000 into an approved EB-5 project, particularly a Regional Center. Upon completion of the EB-5 project the investor, the investor’s spouse and their unmarried children (under the age of 21) can receive an EB-5 visa green card. Moreover, the cost of tuition for students is greatly reduced given the permanent U.S. residence that is incorporated with the EB-5 visa.
