Exclusive Visas Returns from China
Fred Burgess, President of Exclusive Visas, just returned from another productive trip to China where he met and consulted clients, as well as the Exclusive Visas referral network. Burgess and Dr. Tyrone Siren, Exclusive Visas director of Asia-Pacific operations, traveled to Macau, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Xiamen and Hong Kong to assist the extensive Exclusive Visas network. Dr. Siren lives in China and works in Exclusive Visas offices located in Zhuhai, which is a special economic zone in Southern China.
On December 11th, Burgess conducted a seminar for 20 clients in Xiamen China, a small city (2 million residents) located in Eastern China in Fujian Province. He discussed the necessary due diligence required in selecting an EB-5 investment, as well as the nuts and bolts of the EB-5 program. Burgess, who has been a practicing attorney for the past 22 years, relies on his extensive background in vetting the various EB-5 projects for his clients.
Finally, while in China, arrangements were made for an Exclusive Visas sponsored trade show in March in Chengdu, as well as a very busy schedule of events, meetings and seminars in China throughout 2011.
