Exclusive Visas Returns from Korea
WESTON – For twenty years the Korea Emigration & Investment Fair has hosted conventions with immigration specialists from all over the world. However, this was the first year that Exclusive Visas attended and presented the EB-5 visa program to more than 500 attendees. President Fred Burgess and Vice President Joe Sloboda of Exclusive Visas are back in the United States are already in the process of doing business with attendees of the event.
The EB-5 program allows qualified foreigners the opportunity to obtain a permanent U.S. green card by investing at least $500,000 into an approved EB-5 project, particularly a Regional Center. Upon completion of the EB-5 project the investor, the investor’s spouse and their unmarried children (under the age of 21) can receive an EB-5 visa green card.
Over the two days Exclusive Visas participated in the fair, they made contacts with numerous potential investors especially interested in the fact that with the issue of an EB-5 visa their children have the opportunity to attend a university or institution in the U.S. with the cost of tuition at a much lower rate due to the fact that they would be classified as permanent residents as opposed to international students.
