Exclusive Visas Visits Florida Regional Center with Canadian EB-5 Brokers
The visitors have immigration with offices in China and Canada where they provide EB-5 consulting services. Their company places hundreds of families every year into the EB-5 program and Canadian programs. However, due to the recent changes in the Canadian program they are shifting main focus to assisting foreigners in obtaining conditional permanent residence through EB-5 Pilot Program.
The EB-5 program allows qualified foreigners the opportunity to obtain a permanent U.S. green card through investment of at least $500,000 into an approved EB-5 Regional Center. Upon completion of the EB-5 project the investor, the investor’s spouse and their unmarried children (under the age of 21) can receive an EB-5 green card. Moreover, the cost of tuition for students is greatly reduced given the permanent U.S. residence that is incorporated with the EB-5 visa.
During their visit, Chinese and Canadian representatives were able to get thorough information on EB-5 visa requirements, EB-5 job creation and overall EB-5 Pilot Program from Exclusive Visas’ Vice President, get necessary details of the Harbourside Project from the Principal of FRC and from their own visit of the project site. Moreover, they were able to meet the officials from the Town of Jupiter, Michael Villella, Finance Director, and Andrew Lukasik, Town Manager, and get a better understanding of the structure and the strong relationship FRC has built with the local government.
All parties that participated in the meeting are looking forward to building long lasting productive relationship with each other, combining their efforts in promoting EB-5 Program and Florida Regional Center, an EB-5 Regional Center approved by USCIS.
