Our Return from the 2011 AILA EB-5 Conference
We have just returned from the 2011 AILA (American Immigration Lawyers) EB-5 Conference and as usual this conference is always very informative and enlightening when it comes to the latest information on the EB-5 program and issues that may be facing prospective EB-5 applicants as well as the EB-5 Regional Centers.
One of the things we like about this particular conference is it gives us the opportunity to meet with hundreds of immigration attorney’s from around the United States and to discuss opportunities for their prospective EB-5 clients and to also answer questions that some may have with regard to the research and experience we have acquired from working with various Regional Centers over the last several years.
As part of the conference there is an excellent opportunity to meet with representatives from various Regional Centers and in some cases representatives from specific projects. With representatives present this year from Regional Centers in Florida, Washington D.C., New York, California, Texas, Vermont, Washington State, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona and Alabama. While this is typically a good way to gather the marketing materials and have brief conversations with representatives of the EB-5 projects it is only the first step to be considered when researching a prospective EB-5 project on behalf of our clients.
If you are considering the EB-5 investor visa program as an option for you and your family to obtain residency in the United States and would like to learn more about the details and information that was shared at the 2011 AILA EB-5 Conference please contact our offices by calling +954-727-9800 or by sending an email to info@exclusivevisas.com
