Regional Center Examinations by Exclusive Visas
WESTON – Conferences with Regional Center developers, site visits, analyzing business plans, calculating logistics, creating marketing strategies and ultimately – attracting foreign investors; meeting Exclusive Visas’ EB-5 program standards is not an easy task. In fact, numerous USCIS approved Regional Centers have inquired assistance by Exclusive Visas but only few have passed the inspection.
The EB-5 program allows qualified foreigners the opportunity to obtain a permanent U.S. green card by investing at least $500,000 into an approved EB-5 project, namely a Regional Center. Upon completion of the EB-5 project the investor, the investor’s spouse and their unmarried children (under the age of 21) can receive an EB-5 visa green card. Moreover, the cost of tuition for students is greatly reduced given the permanent U.S. residence that is incorporated with an EB-5 visa.
Due diligence is what Exclusive Visas is known for, accompanied by competence and experience. The team is comprised of not only expert consulters but also established immigration attorneys, business attorneys, certified public accountants, financial specialists, former government officials and marketing directors. This team of professionals has been sought after worldwide for their knowledge and ability to deliver research and advice on the EB-5 visa program.
On November 4th, Exclusive Visas will be collectively promoting one of the newest Regional Centers that has received approval, not only from the USCIS but from the Exclusive Visas team as well; the Florida Regional Center will be accompanying the team on a 3 day trip to the city of Caracas in Venezuela to conduct seminars on the EB-5 visa program. The economic and political turmoil Venezuela has been experiencing has only increased the demand for EB-5 visas.
The seminar will be located at the following address:
Hotel Eurobuilding
Calle La Guairita, Chuao
Caracas – Venezuela
From 9:00am-6:00pm
