Success in Vietnam
WESTON – Exclusive Visas has returned from the first exhibition on the Vietnam Property Industry and Financial Services (VPF) in Hanoi, Vietnam with outstanding results. From October 5th-7th President Fred Burgess and Vice President Joe Sloboda of Exclusive Visas hosted seminars and spoke about the EB-5 visa program.
Attempting to close the gap on the United States and Vietnam relations, the EB-5 program offers qualified foreign investors, their spouse and their unmarried children (under the age of 21) the opportunity to gain a U.S. green card through a business investment of at least $500,000. Along with other requirements, the investment must either indirectly or directly create or save at least 10 jobs depending on the EB-5 project chosen.
Burgess had the opportunity to address Vietnamese government dignitaries and native developers about the further development of Vietnam; with such a flourishing economy and emergence of wealth, the Vietnamese are in fact looking even further to explore opportunities concerning business and the education of their children. Which is also what makes the EB-5 program more attractive, with an EB-5 visa the investor’s children are permitted to attend a University or institution in the U.S. with the cost of tuition at a much lower rate given they would be paying as a U.S. resident as opposed to an international student.
With such great interest upon their return and the amount of feedback Exclusive Visas has received about the EB-5 program, the team will be returning next year to conduct more seminars and attend conferences.
For more information regarding the EB-5 visa program contact Exclusive Visas at (954) 727-9800.

When is your next trip to Vietnam? Where would your seminar be held so I can let my uncle in Vietnam know about it to attend.
Thanks!
Dylan
