Strategic Meetings with prospective investors and thought leaders to be held in Rio and Sao Paulo

Weston, July 25, 2012:  Exclusive Visas has announced that a visit to Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro has been scheduled for the week of August 11th through August 18th, 2012. The Exclusive Visas team will be holding educational seminars in both cities, as well as meetings with prospect EB-5 investors, and professionals who work closely with high net-worth individuals who are looking to learn more about Immigration opportunities to the USA through an investment.

The educational seminar in Sao Paulo will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Sao Paulo located at Alameda Santos, 1123 on August 13th and 14th from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. In Rio, the seminars will be held at the prestigious Universidade Candido Mendes, in their downtown campus located at Rua da Assembleia, 10 Centro on August 15th and 16th. The final leg of their tour will be at Barra da Tijuca, also in Rio de Janeiro, on August 17th at the Regus Business Center located at Av. Luis Carlos Prestes, 180 3rd Floor from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

In advance of its visit to Brazil, Exclusive Visas has launched the first comprehensive portal in Portuguese on EB-5, www.portuguese.eb5exclusive.com, where prospective investors and anyone looking to learn more about EB-5 can access reliable, easy to understand information about EB-5 and its benefits in Portuguese.

BRAZIL

As a result of its booming economy, Brazil has been creating 19 millionaires a day, and is expected to continue such explosive growth for the next 4 years. “Brazilian investors are attracted to EB-5 investment as an effective immigration alternative not only for them, but for their spouses and minor children”, says Renata Castro.  The imminent influx of Latin American investment dollars is further evidenced by the ever growing number of property owners in Miami and New York.

Brazilians have a growing interest in learning more about EB-5, as Brazilian nationals do not qualify for E-2 visas, given that Brazil is not a treaty country with the United States.
