Effective Consultation Process

Exclusive Visas thoroughly researches all Regional Center projects in the United States, and endorses only those projects that meet our rigorous standards. When you hire Exclusive Visas, we hold your hand from the moment you begin considering which Regional Center program to invest in, until the day you receive your permanent green card. You will be assigned a personal concierge to liaise between your Immigration Attorney, and the Regional Center throughout the entire process.

Step 1: Client Evaluation

The first step in the process is to identify the client’s needs and eligibility. The potential EB-5 investor is provided a questionnaire in order to identify his/her preferences and suitability for the EB-5 Program. Based on the information obtained through this questionnaire and several conference calls, Exclusive Visas will be able to determine firstly, if the client qualifies for the EB-5 visa and if it is the best option for them and secondly, what their investment preferences are.

Step 2: Project Selection

Once our experts have a better understanding of the EB-5 investor’s preferences and suitability, we will then assist them in evaluating the different EB-5 Regional Center Projects available to them. Exclusive Visas will provide a detailed due diligence and research analysis report on one or more EB-5 Regional Center projects to assist our client in making an informed decision on which particular EB-5 project might be most suitable to his or her risk tolerance. With so many Regional Center projects competing for your investment this process of due diligence can become quite overwhelming and very confusing at times.  We provide our individual clients with a thorough, timely, and conclusive comparative report that will cover more than 40 common areas of concern.

Step 3: Analysis of Offering Documents

After our client identifies the Regional Center projects of utmost interest to them we will review the complete set of offering documents with the EB-5 investor. We will arrange conference calls with the EB-5 projects developer and management team to discuss the project thoroughly and provide the answers to many more vital questions that will be asked in an effort to assist you in making the most informed and educated decision towards your investment in the EB-5 Visa Program.

Step 4: Investment

Once our client has chosen the EB-5 project of their preference, we will guide our client through the following steps leading to the filing of their I-526 Petition:

  • Review and sign the project documents
  • Assist the EB-5 investor’s immigration attorney with the ability to prove lawful source of funds and clear path of funds.
  • Assist the EB-5 investor with the deposit of the investment funds into the EB-5 projects Escrow account ($500,000 or $1,000,000)

Step 5: I-526 Petition Process

A potential EB-5 Investor is required to file a form I-526 for Alien Entrepreneur in conjunction with the document supporting the EB-5 Investor Visa program requirements. The entire application process may take nine to fifteen months to be fully completed. Our team assist the clients immigration attorney in gathering the documentation needed to complete our clients I-526 petition.

You will be assigned a personal concierge to liaise between your Immigration Attorney, and the Regional Center throughout the entire process for any questions regarding the EB-5 Investors I-526 petition until the day you receive your permanent green card. We will keep you continuously informed about your EB-5 investment and verify that the Regional Center operates in accordance to its offering documents
