What is the required investment to qualify for an EB-5 Visa?
The EB-5 Visa program requires a minimum investment commitment of USD$1,000,000, if the investment is situated in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) the required commitment is reduced to USD$500,000. To be classified as a TEA, the required investment must be made in a rural or high unemployment area (defined as 150% or more above the US Average) with a population of less than 20,000.
Additional administrative fees are payable by each investor separate from the original investment sum. These administrative fees will vary depending on the individual EB-5 project.
