Anthony Korda

Anthony Korda was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1988 and practiced in the English courts as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of England & Wales for many years. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Bar European Group and the Criminal Bar Association.

He is licensed as an Attorney in the State of California and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association and Collier County Bar Association. He now handles all aspects of employment and business immigration well as all aspects of business litigation in the USA.

Anthony is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the 9th and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the US District Courts for the Middle District of California and the Northern District of Florida. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Anthony focuses on EB-5 Related matters and has successfully filed numerous Investor Petitions I-526) Applications to Remove Conditions of Residence (I-829) and applied for Regional Center designation for a number of Clients. Anthony has also worked successfully with a number of Regional Centers.

As an EB-5 Investor himself (originally from the United Kingdon) Anthony brings a unique perspective to the process.

Fluent in English and German, Anthony practices from his offices in Naples, Florida, Beverly Hills, California and London, England. He is married with two children and enjoys an active outdoor social life.
