Jinhee Wilde

Jinhee Wilde is the Managing Partner of Wilde & Associates, LLC, a law firm dedicated to providing personalized, results-oriented immigration law solutions. Ms. Wilde focuses on business and investment immigration matters. She represents many corporations and their employees in matters involving Labor Certification applications, Immigrant Visa Petitions/ Adjustment of Status applications, H-1B specialty occupation cases, L-1 Intracompany transfers, E-2 investor visa applications and citizenship applications. Ms. Wilde also enjoys respect and recognition of several EB-5 Regional Centers for her complete and thorough legal guidance regarding EB-5 investment immigration cases.

She also advises employers on compliance procedures in verifying the work eligibility of all new employees as required under the I-9 employer sanctions provisions of the Federal Law and is often asked to train and develop compliance programs on the E-Verify. She also has great track record in representing clients in deportation and removal proceedings.

Ms. Wilde uniquely combines being a fierce advocate and personable adviser to her clients. As an immigrant herself, she really understands and empathizes with her clients. Thus, she develops a personal relationship with her clients and works closely with clients to develop comprehensive immigration strategies tailored for each situation and advises on short-term and long-term options for the clients.

A widely respected immigration lawyer, Ms. Wilde is active in American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and chaired several committees in its DC Chapter and recently served as the member of the Host Committee for the Annual Conference of AILA National. She also chaired Immigration Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County in Maryland. She is often invited to be a speaker for legal conferences and seminars on immigration matters.

Ms. Wilde received her Bachelor Degree from the University of Chicago and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. She spent half of her legal career working as a government attorney, beginning as the Prosecutor for the City of Chicago, and then on as the Attorney Advisor and Special Counsel for the U.S. Department of Agriculture before entering the private sector. She was also a partner of several major DC law firms, such as Arent Fox, before opening her own law firm in Rockville, Maryland.
