Mark Katsman
Attorney Mark Katsman is the principal attorney and owner of the firm. Mr. Katsman has over 15 years of experience in immigration law and has represented both foreign nationals and U.S. and foreign corporations who employ foreign workers in the U.S. Mark Katsman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers. Association (.AILA.) as well as participates in the local AILA Chapters in South Florida, New York as well as with the Washington, D.C. Bar.
Mark Katsman is on the board of the Russian Round Table, a social and cultural organization in Miami, and also on the board of The Russian-American Chamber of Commerce of South Florida and Russian Connections business networking group. He was also designated by the State of Florida as Ambassador of Commerce of Florida for Russia in 2011.
Mr. Katsman and his staff are fluent in Russian, Spanish and French. Katsman Law firm has established strategic working relationships with various law firms around the world and maintains a representative office in Moscow, Russia in order to provide service to Russia – based clientele in matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law.
