Joe Sloboda is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Project Development for Exclusive Visas, LLC ; the leading EB-5 Visa consulting firm in the United States and has more than 16 years experience in handling complex strategies for a foreign national clientele with regard to personal finance, immigration, property development and commercial & residential real estate financing.

Having been featured on CNN, CNBC, National Public Radio (NPR), ABC News, WPLG Channel 10, the Miami Herald, the Palm Beach Post, the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel and Smart Money Magazine, Joe is regarded as one of the most experienced professionals in the EB-5 industry.  Since co-founding Exclusive Visas in 2007 he also frequently lectures to large groups of interested EB-5 applicants in many countries around the world like, China, South Korea, Venezuela, Mexico, Ireland, England and Russia in addition to speaking at various EB-5 seminars in the United States.  Joe has also accompanied various government officials such as United States Senator Patrick Leahy and former Vermont Governor James Douglas to help in promoting the success of the EB-5 program in countries like China, South Korea, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Joe Sloboda and the team at Exclusive Visas have successfully guided more than two hundred affluent foreign national investors through the intricate process of the EB-5 Visa program as well as developing and purchasing real estate in the United States.  Joe has also consulted to various approved EB-5 Regional Centers on how to structure their programs in a manner that will be most attractive to the EB-5 applicant and provide a safe and secure investment offering that will benefit both the immigrant investors and the Regional Center project.  Additionally Joe has consulted to the Burgess Law Firm since January of 2006 and works conjointly with Attorney Fred Burgess on all matters pertaining to the EB-5 Investment Visa.

Prior to Co-Founding Exclusive Visas, Joe Sloboda’s work experience included several years of working for Merrill Lynch as a Financial Planner and also as a Manager for the nation’s largest residential mortgage company Bank of America / Countrywide Home Loans.  Joe also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where he graduated with honors from the school of Social Science.  An active member in his local community Joe is also a proud member of several community and business organizations like Rotary International, the Broward Professional Alliance, the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers while continuing to help several local philanthropic organizations like Children In Distress and the United Way.
