Kuan Chun Ou is the Senior Consultant for Exclusive Visas. Mr. Ou earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Taipei University and his Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Missouri State University. Since immigrating in 1967, Mr. Ou has helped over 60 families successfully immigrate to the United States. Through this experience, he has become intimately familiar with the immigration process. Mr. Ou specializes in family consulting, recently establishing a consulting school in Kunming, China. He also spent 20 years in the private education business in the United States, where a significant number of his clients were newly immigrated families. Mr. Ou’s vast experience in education, consulting and immigration brings invaluable and unique insight to EB-5 investors.

Mr. Ou currently spends half of his time in California, and the other half in either Taiwan or China.
